Attend Meetings

Dane County offers hybrid meetings, allowing public participation both in-person and virtually via Zoom or phone.

  • Virtual Attendance: Register using the Zoom link provided on the agenda. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a joining link. For speaking engagements, virtual registrations must be completed at least 30 minutes before the meeting starts. Participants joining via computer or mobile device will be prompted to join as a panelist to speak.

  • Phone Attendance: Use the toll-free numbers and meeting code provided on the agenda. Registered speakers should unmute by pressing star six when called upon during the meeting.
